BMW Group is a global organisation, designing and manufacturing motor vehicles of the highest quality, including pressed parts and sub assemblies produced at MINI Plant Swindon. 

As a major international company we are proud of our investment in people. MINI Plant Swindon's apprenticeship schemes ensure the enthusiasm and potential of young people is developed. Apprentices follow an academic study programme provided by local colleges and universities, as well as gaining practical experience at the plant.

This year we are recruiting for the following apprenticeships:

  • Engineering Maintenance
  • Engineering Technician

Remuneration:
A competitive salary enhanced annually depending on individual performance.
Eligible for company car scheme following 6 months service (subject to a satisfactory 6 month performance review).

Working Hours:
37 hour working week, start and finish times will vary according to work based placements and college hours.
